Fun Times

I haven't posted pictures since Abram's birthday so I have quite a few to update.  We've been pretty busy enjoying the unusually warm weather.

Stella has been enjoying playing in the dirt and mud when mama and papa aren't looking.

She thinks because she is so cute that she can get away with anything! She's a pretty smart little lady.

Abram couldn't be left wearing a clean shirt when there was mud to wear.

I don't know if you can see the super sized smiley face pancake that Abram is about to devour but it is pretty awesome - almost as awesome as having Grandpa Terry come visit.

Unfortunately most of his week here was spent in about 100 square feet as the 'boys' remodeled the kitchen.

Abram was very helpful.

We did make time for a quick trip to the zoo.

We ran across a silly farmer and his cow :)
The best view of the camels are from grandpa's arms.
One last breakfast of blueberry pancakes before grandpa had to go.

It's been so hot we've taken advantage of some of South Bend's splash pads...
and Lake Michigan!  We headed to the beach over Memorial Day weekend.
Miss Stella dressed for the occasion in red, white and blue.

While Stella napped, Abram and I headed to the Memorial Day Parade, complete with firetrucks, flags, and fly-overs!

Abram had to have a few flags to wave.

We headed back to the beach this weekend - twice!

We've found our new favorite hang out spot.

My last update is that Abram and Papa went for Abram's very first 'hike' a few weeks ago.  They had a great time and hopefully will have many more together.
